HDD Locators & Underground Locating Equipment

A3 Mechanic stocks HDD locators, receivers, remote displays, new transmitters and refurbished sondes for DigiTrak, Subsite, Underground Magnetics, Radiodetection and Vermeer systems, and supplies Central Florida from our shop at 4350 Hogshead Rd in Apopka. Every used locator is tested before sale, so what you carry to the jobsite has been across our bench first. Pickup is at the Apopka shop, or ask about delivery. What we carry

Locating Systems. Complete systems are the fastest way to put a crew back to work. New on the shelf: the Falcon F5 HDD Locating System, the Falcon F2 HDD Locating System, the F1 Falcon Receiver Locator, the Underground Magnetics Mag X Pro and the Underground Magnetics Mag X COR, plus the Radiodetection RD8100 TX10 and the PilotBore G3. On the used side we stock sets such as the Used DigiTrak F5 Complete System with Transmitters, the Used DigiTrak F2 System, the Used DigiTrak SE System with Transmitter, the Used DigiTrak Falcon F1, the Used Subsite TK Locator with Display Beacons and the Used Underground Magnetics Mag 8 System.

Locator Kits. Kits come boxed with what the crew needs to walk the bore. In stock: the Vermeer G3 Utility Locator Kit, the Radiodetection TX10B Kit, the Used Subsite UtiliGuard T5 and the Used Ditch Witch Subsite T5.

Used Receivers. Receivers are sold on their own when you already have displays and sondes. Current stock includes the Used DigiTrak F5 Receiver Locator, the Used DigiTrak F2 Receiver, the Used DigiTrak SE Receiver, the Used DigiTrak Mark III Receiver, the Used Ditch Witch 750 Tracker Locator, the Used Ditch Witch 752 Tracker, the Used Ditch Witch TK Locator, the Used Subsite TK Recon 2 and the Used Subsite Marksman Plus Locator.

Locator Displays. Remote displays take the beating in the cab. We stock the Aurora AF10 and the Aurora AF8 HDD Locator Display, the DigiTrak MFD Remote Display, the Mag D3 Locator Display and Mag D6 Locator Display, the Underground Magnetics Mag X Remote Display, and used units including the Used Subsite Commander 7, the Used DigiTrak FCD Remote, the Used DigiTrak FSD Remote, the Used DigiTrak SE SED and the Used Ditch Witch Subsite Recon TD Display.

New Transmitters. Factory new sondes in stock include the Echo 3 Transmitter and the Underground Magnetics Echo ST Transmitter.

Refurbished. Rebuilt and tested sondes are the practical way to keep spares in the truck. Stock includes the Refurbished FT2 Sonde Transmitter for DigiTrak Falcon F2®, the Refurbished ST 12 Green Sonde Transmitter for DigiTrak SE®, the Refurbished DT Yellow Transmitter/Sonde for DigiTrak Mark Series®, the Refurbished EDF Lavender Transmitter/Sonde for DigiTrak® Eclipse®, the Refurbished RDDi Transmitter for Radiodetection® RD-385L, DrillTrack® and iTrack, the PilotTrack 88BG Sonde Transmitter for Subsite® Tracker 750/752 and the PilotTrack 15T2 Transmitter/Beacon for Ditch Witch® Subsite® TKD TK Recon Series.

Modules and standalone locators. The DigiTrak iGPS Module is stocked for crews mapping bores, along with the Mag 3s HDD Locator and the Mag 9 HDD Locator. Ground penetrating radar comes through as well, such as the 2018 US Radar Q4-300 GPR System.

We service what we sell and we stock what we service. Locators, HDD parts, drill pipe, reamers, sonde housings, mud supplies, new Universal HDD machines, used machines and trailers are all under one roof in Apopka. If your sonde housing is worn and your sonde is reading badly, both problems can be solved at the same counter on the same visit.

When a price is fixed, it is published on the listing, the way the Underground Magnetics Mag X Pro and the Demo Underground Magnetics Mag 8 System are priced. Much of this category says Call for price instead, because a locating package depends on which receiver, which display and which transmitters go in the case, and on whether the unit is new, used or refurbished. Tell us what you run and we will price the set that fits it. Trade-ins and consignment are both possible, so ask us about the gear you are replacing. The shop is at 4350 Hogshead Rd, Apopka, FL 32703, open Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. We supply and service locating equipment across Orlando, Apopka, Winter Garden, Sanford, Kissimmee, Clermont, Winter Park, Ocoee and the rest of Central Florida, covering Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties. Shop service and mobile service are both available for the machines behind the locator, so diagnostics and many repairs can happen at your yard or jobsite while bigger jobs come to Apopka.
